This place is fantastic for pet owners. As a dog owner I can always find not only top quality brands that I can't find at the chain stores, but also unique treats and other items. The owners are very knowledgeable and provide great advice when asked. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend.

Jan and Karen were both super helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They took all the time I needed to help me better understand what I was buying and why it would be beneficial for my dogs. Highly recommend shopping local, and having all Jan/Karen’s knowledge at your disposal. I’ve never had this great of service and any big chain store I’ve gone to. Thank you Jan and Karen!

When I need professional advice or quality food for my fur babies, I go to Pet Tracks. Jan and Karen are friendly and helpful. This is a lace of knowledge and they research the products they carry. I cannot recommend them enough. Plus you are helping a small community business.

Very knowledgeable about pets and their care, along with great products. When we bought our dog as a pup 13 years ago the breeder told us what food to buy and where to buy it - here at Pet Tracks. Our pets are happy with that, and healthy, too!

Love Pet Tracks! Jan and Karen are so knowledgeable and kind! I've never had a question that Jan couldn't answer. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everyone who comes in is treated like a friend. And I trust who I am buying from and have only ever had the best quality food from the store. My cats used to throw up all of the time and itch and lick their fur off when I gave them Science Diet. Over the years, Jan had taught me so much about what is in the food and what is healthy and unhealthy for different animals. My cats are happy and healthy, thanks to Jan and Karen at Pet Tracks!

Jan and Karen are amazing ladies and the most knowledgeable people I know regarding dog nutrition. Many times they have done a deep dive into a particular problem one of my dogs have had and they always find a solution. Pet Tracks is a treasure to the community and personally, I can't thank Jan and Karen enough for their compassion and care.
